Justin Timberlake is heading home after his arrest.
After the 43-year-old was taken into custody in Long Island June 17 and held overnight, Justin was spotted leaving a Sag Harbor courtroom June 18 a free man.
As he exited the courthouse, the "Mirrors" singer wore jeans, a gray graphic T-shirt and a short sleeve black cardigan, along with a black baseball hat, white Nike shoes and shades. During his arraignment, Justin was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated, according to ABC, and released without bail.
A source close to the situation told E! News that Justin "was at dinner with friends" on the evening of June 17 in the Sag Harbor neighborhood of Long Island, New York, just ahead of his arrest.
"As he left the restaurant, there was a patrol car seemingly stationed near the restaurant," the insider noted. "He was stopped and, was arrested. Nobody was hurt."
Justin—who shares sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 3, with wife Jessica Biel—has been amid his Forget Tomorrow World Tour since April. He is slated to take the stage for his next leg in Chicago June 21, before moving on to performances in New York and Boston later this month.
And amid Justin's busy schedule, he was unable to appear alongside his wife during her recent jaw-dropping Met Gala appearance last month. After Jessica hit the Met Steps in a swoon-worthy pink gown adorned with thousands of pedals, a rep confirmed to E! News that he was absent due to prescheduled tour dates in San Jose, Calif.
However, the Friends with Benefits star was sure to send love to his wife for her first appearance at the iconic ball in 11 years. After Jessica shared some behind-the-scenes footage of her prep for the big event to her Instagram, Justin dropped three heart emojis in the comments.
As for how Justin and Jessica—who tied the knot in 2012—are managing the distance amid Justin's first tour in five years?
"It's always a work in progress, right?" Jessica explained on The View last month. "It's constantly trying to find the balance, trying to find the time."
She emphasized, "I don't know how we're gonna do it, but we're gonna get through it. Somehow, someway."
